Introduction:

Welcome to Yasma Tech. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our site. We may update or revise these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or for other legal reasons. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the revised terms. For specific topics such as returns, warranties, payments, or privacy, please refer to our detailed policy pages linked on our website. (In compliance with local regulations, we also provide these Terms and all policy information in Bangla. Any term here is intended to comply with Bangladeshi laws and the 2021 Digital Commerce Guidelines, and nothing in these Terms will contradict your rights under those laws.

Account Creation & Use:

You may need to create a user account to purchase products or access certain features of our site. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please keep your password secure and notify us immediately at our contact email/phone if you suspect any unauthorized use of yor account. Yasman Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for activities that violate these terms or involve fraud/abuse of our services. Use your account responsibly and obey all applicable laws when using our site. 

Product Information & Pricing:

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate and current. However, human errors or technical glitches may occur. All products and prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. If we discover a mistake in the pricing or details of a product you’ve ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order with the corrected information or cancel it for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you in such a case, we may treat the order as cancelled to avoid any inconvenience, and if you had paid, you will be refunded in full. All prices on our site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable, so the price you see is the price you pay (excluding any delivery fees which are shown separately). Please note that promotional offers or discounts may have additional terms, and they can change or expire as per the offer’s conditions.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation:

When you place an order on our website, you should receive an order acknowledgement via email or SMS summarizing the order details. This is not a final acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgement that we received your request. We formally confirm and accept your order only after we verify stock availability and prepare the item for shipment. Yasman Tech reserves the right to cancel any order before it is dispatched under certain circumstances. Some reasons for cancellation might include: the product unexpectedly going out of stock or becoming unavailable; detection of a pricing or listing error; inability to verify your provided information; or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you and ensure that you receive a full refund of any payment you made, typically within 7–10 working days. If you, the customer, wish to cancel an order, please do so before the item has been shipped. Once we have handed the package over to the courier, a cancellation might not be possible (you may then need to use the return process if applicable). To request an order cancellation, contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate the request if the order is still in our possession. Please note that custom-ordered products or digital goods may not be cancellable once processed.

Returns & Refunds:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the option to return it under our 7-Day Return Policy. In general, eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. The item should be in unused, original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, tags, freebies, etc.) intact to qualify. To initiate a return, please notify us within the 7-day window by emailing or calling our support team. We will guide you through the return process. Depending on your location and the item, we may arrange a pickup or ask you to send the item back to us or drop it at a designated point. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement promptly. Refunds for returns are typically issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. (For cash-on-delivery orders, we will coordinate a refund via bank deposit, mobile money, or store credit as per what’s convenient for you.) Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns if the item returned does not meet the required conditions. Items that are found to be physically damaged due to misuse, missing components, or not in the original condition may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Product Warranty:

Almost all products sold through Yasman Tech are covered by manufacturer or distributor warranties (length of coverage varies by product). This means if you encounter any manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or service as per the warranty terms. Yasman Tech will assist customers in availing warranty service by guiding you to the authorized service centers or handling the service logistics on your behalf. Note that warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer or official importer, and the exact terms (duration, what’s covered or not) are determined by them. Please read the warranty information provided with your product and on our Warranty Policy page. Generally, warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents, and removing warranty stickers or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty. If you need help understanding or claiming your warranty, you can always contact us for support.

Payment & Delivery Terms:

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout (product price, plus any applicable delivery fees). Payment must be made using one of the approved methods. We will process your payment as per our Payment Terms policy. We only charge 100% upfront for items that are in stock and ready to ship, in line with government guidelines, and will otherwise follow the advance payment rules as detailed in our Payment Terms. Delivery of products will be carried out as per our Delivery Policy. We aim to deliver within the timelines promised (usually within 5–10 days depending on location), but there may be reasonable delays for reasons beyond our control. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and delays can occur. However, if there is a significant delay or stock issue, you have rights to appropriate remedies (like cancellation or refund) as described in our policies. We fulfill orders only within Bangladesh and require correct delivery information to be provided. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the item to your address.

Limitation of Liability:

While we strive to provide a great online shopping experience, Yasman Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from an order or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not seek to exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Bangladeshi law – so your statutory rights (such as consumer rights under the law) are not affected by this clause. For example, if a product is sold to you, we guarantee it will be as described and fit for purpose as required by law. This limitation is just to clarify that we are not responsible for things like losses of data, or opportunities, etc., beyond the scope of what a typical e-commerce seller would cover.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the Yasman Tech website – including text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, and software – is the property of Yasman Tech or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our site content without explicit permission. You are welcome to use our site for its intended purpose (shopping and information), but scraping, data mining, or using our content for any commercial purpose without consent is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of Yasman Tech may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner that confuses customers. 

Governing Law & Compliance:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We have written these terms to be in full compliance with the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021 and all other applicable Bangladeshi laws. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid under the law, that part shall be removed or interpreted in a way that aligns with the law, and the rest of the terms will remain enforceable. By using our services, you agree that in the event of any disputes that we cannot resolve amicably through our customer service and complaint handling process, such disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts or the relevant dispute resolution bodies. We always aim to resolve any issues in good faith and as quickly as possible. (Per regulations, we maintain a system to address customer complaints and aim to resolve issues within 72 hours of receiving a complaint, whenever feasible.)
