Payment Methods:

We offer multiple convenient payment options for your orders: 

- Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep (available for eligible items or regions). Please try to have the exact amount ready for a smooth handover.
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards for online payment. Your card will be charged securely at the time of order confirmation.
- Mobile Banking & Online Wallets: Options like mobile banking or payment gateways (for example, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or similar services) may be available at checkout. These allow you to pay directly from your mobile account or online wallet.
- Other Online Payment Gateways: We continuously work to support popular and secure payment gateways to make your checkout experience easy.
Secure Transactions:
All online payments on our website are processed over encrypted connections to protect your financial information. We follow industry security standards (such as SSL encryption) to ensure your card details and other sensitive data are handled safely. We also comply with relevant data protection standards, so you can shop with confidence that your payment details are secure and used only for the purpose of processing your transaction.
Charges and Confirmation:

When you place an order and choose an online payment method, your payment will be captured at the time of order confirmation. All prices for products and any shipping fees are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable, so you will not be surprised by additional taxes beyond what is shown at checkout. Once your payment is successfully processed, we will send you an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Failed or Cancelled Orders:

Yasma Tech operates in compliance with Bangladesh’s e-commerce payment regulations. We will only request 100% advance payment for items that are in stock and ready to ship immediately. For pre-order or backorder items that are not immediately available, we will not charge more than a 10% advance deposit, unless an approved escrow service is in place, in line with government guidelines. This policy is designed to protect customers – you won’t be asked to pay the full price up front for a product that cannot be dispatched within the regulated timeframe. If an order is delayed beyond the expected shipping window, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. Any advance payments we do receive for pending orders will be handled securely, and if we cannot deliver the product within the promised time, we will refund you as required by law (typically within 10 days for any such case of delay or non-availability. 

By using any of our payment methods, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the card, account, or wallet. We reserve the right to cancel any order or disable any payment method in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, in order to protect all parties.
