Refund and Return Policy
- Timeframe for Returns: Yesma Tech will accept return and refund requests only if made within a 3–7 day window after delivery, and only for items that are unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Non-Refundable Items: Digital products (e.g., downloads, software, multimedia) and any merchandise custom-made or personalized to the buyer’s specifications are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Notification and Proof Requirements: Any defective, damaged, or incorrect item must be reported to Yesma Tech within 24 hours of delivery. All return claims must include the original sales invoice or receipt and any required visual evidence (such as unboxing photos or live video) to verify the condition of the item.
- Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, Yesma Tech will pay the return shipping cost only when the return is due to the company’s error (e.g., defective or wrong item). Otherwise, for a customer’s change of mind or similar reason, the customer must bear the return shipping expense.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly after receipt and inspection of the returned item, and will be issued via the original payment method or any other method mutually agreed upon in writing. Yesma Tech will not charge any fees for the refund, and typically completes the refund no later than 14 days from acceptance of the return.
Each clause above is intended to comply with Bangladesh’s Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021 and related consumer protection laws. This ensures a clear, transparent, and enforceable refund policy for Yesma Tech’s customers.
