Account Use

You may need to create an account to purchase products or access certain features. Please provide accurate information during registration and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately so we can assist. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or security concerns, without prior notice.

Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, mistakes can occasionally happen or information may become outdated. All products, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. If we discover an error in the price or details of a product you ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order with the correct information or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order to prevent any issues, and any payment you made will be fully refunded. All prices on our site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and other currencies.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

After you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment (such as a confirmation email or SMS) detailing the items. This is not a final acceptance of your order – we will confirm and complete the sale when the product is ready to be dispatched to you. Yesma Tech reserves the right to cancel an order (even after confirmation) due to unavoidable reasons. Common reasons for cancellation include the product being out of stock, detection of a pricing or listing error, inability to verify your order, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will cancel the order and notify you, and if you have already paid, you will receive a full refund (typically within 7–10 days).

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the item has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is generally not possible. To request a cancellation, contact our customer support and we will assist you.

Return & Refund (7-Day Policy)

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date[10]. We will offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate in accordance with this policy. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).
  • The item is in its original packaging with all original accessories and documents (such as manuals, warranty cards, tags, or any freebies that came with it) intact.

Please notify us promptly if you intend to return a product, either by email or phone. We will guide you through the return process, which may involve sending the item to us or dropping it at a designated location. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds for eligible returns are typically issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be provided via bank transfer, mobile money, or store credit, as arranged. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page.

(Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions. Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not in the condition described above may not qualify for a refund or replacement.)

Warranty

All products sold by Yesma Tech come with a standard warranty provided by the product’s manufacturer or official distributor (supplier). In other words, the warranty is essentially an agreement between the manufacturer (or importer) and you, the buyer, where the manufacturer or its authorized service center is responsible for repairing or replacing the product if it has any manufacturing defects within the warranty period. Yesma Tech will assist you in claiming or servicing this warranty by acting as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer or distributor, helping to facilitate the warranty service.

Warranty Period: Warranty periods vary depending on the product and brand. Typically, electronic devices have a warranty ranging from 1 year up to 3 years (for example, many new laptops come with 1-3 years of warranty for hardware), while some accessories or parts might have a shorter warranty (often around 6 months to 1 year) or no warranty at all. The exact warranty duration and terms for a product are usually mentioned on the product page or in the warranty card/document that comes with the product. We encourage you to review those details for each product. Yesma Tech honors the warranty as specified by the manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects or hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use. It does not cover certain issues, such as damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors (for example, water damage, physical cracks or breaks, burns, or any damage due to improper use will void the warranty). Additionally, removing or tampering with serial numbers or warranty stickers on the product can void the warranty. Software issues or data loss are typically not covered under hardware warranty.

If your product faces an issue within the warranty period, you can contact us or the authorized service center of the product brand. We will guide you through the process. Usually, you will need to provide proof of purchase (invoice) and the product’s warranty card. Depending on the brand’s policy, the product may be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with the same model or an equivalent model. In some cases, if neither repair nor replacement is feasible, the manufacturer/distributor might offer an alternative solution (such as a similar product or a refund, possibly adjusted for depreciation). These outcomes depend on the specific supplier’s warranty policy, and we will help to communicate and facilitate whatever solution is offered by the warranty provider.

For any warranty service, please retain the product’s box and warranty card, as you may need to present these for service claims. Warranty service timeframes can vary; simple repairs or part replacements might be done quickly, while others could take several weeks if parts need to be imported or if the service center is backlogged. We appreciate your patience during this process. Payment & Delivery

Payment: Yesma Tech offers various convenient payment methods. You can pay for your orders using cash on delivery (for eligible orders), credit/debit cards, mobile banking, or other available online payment gateways. When you place an order and choose an online payment method, we will charge your provided payment account at the time of order confirmation. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order (for example, if a product is unavailable), we will notify you and ensure that you receive a full refund promptly. All transactions are processed securely, and any personal payment information you provide is handled with care and in compliance with data protection standards. Please note that all prices and charges are in BDT, and include VAT where applicable, so you won’t have to pay extra taxes beyond what is shown.

Delivery: We currently deliver products only within Bangladesh. During checkout, you will be able to enter your shipping address and see the available delivery options. Any applicable delivery fee and an estimated delivery time will be shown before you confirm your order. We work hard to deliver your items as fast as possible; however, delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other logistical issues). We are not liable for such unexpected delays, but we will keep you informed and do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Deliveries are usually made during business hours. Please ensure someone is available at the specified address to receive the package. In some cases, our delivery personnel or courier may contact you to schedule a delivery or to get additional directions. For cash on delivery orders, please try to have the exact amount ready (if possible) to make the handover smooth. Once a product is delivered, ownership and responsibility for the product pass to you. We advise checking the package upon delivery – if you notice any severe damage to the box or other issues, you can inform the delivery person and/or contact us immediately for assistance.
